The family has an orchard where they grow various indigenous species: apples, pears, quinces, cherries, sour cherries, plums, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, wild strawberries, currant, nuts, walnut, etc.
Then, there is a garden too where they grow: tomato, peppers, cucumbers, potato, onion, garlic, beetroot, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, chard, spinach, cabbage, collard, parsley, corn, radish, green beans, beans, peas, pumpkin and zucchini.
Several of their products are certified. The family makes its own juices, jams, preserve, salads, cheese, yoghurt, clotted cream and they prepare traditional dishes of the region. Tomović farm is situated between two national parks, Biogradska gora and Durmitor, close to the river Tara (UNESCO protected), and between two mountains, Bjelasica and Sinjajevina. Visitor’s center of the National park Biogradska gora is only 2 km away from the household. Several biking and hiking trails, then some mountain homes are placed close to the household. Also, several religious objects are close by, then some monuments from different wars, we have the lakes, too, Biogradsko, Zabojsko and several smaller ones. Sport fishing and fly fishing both thrive at the river Tara. The river abounds in fish (spring trout, grayling, huchen).
