Savić family lives in the village called Pepiće, and it is made up of Ranko and his wife Dostana and their three grown up children. Their family tradition is horticulture.
Horticulture is the basic activity of the family Savić, they grow organic vegetables for themselves and for their guests. They also own an orchard with different types of fruit which they use to produce jam, juices and compote.
If you visit at the right time, you can take part in these activities.
Household Savić is situated within easy reach of the National Park Prokletije, at the foot of the mountain Visitor. Visitors’ center is 7 kilometers away from the household. A marked bicycle trail passes by the farm. A kilometer away from the village, a new-built church can be found, and 4 km away, visitors can see the Holy Trinity church built in the 13th century, a monument, and a sports center. The river Lim, rich in fish, runs through the village. Visitor Lake, whose altitude is 1,750, is located just 7 km away from the farm and the mountain peak Plana, 2,219 m, overlooks the lake. A marked hiking trail passes by the farm. There is a main road going by the farm that leads to Plavsko Lake, which is 7 km away and 20 km away are Hridsko Lake, the famous waterfall Grlja and Alipaša springs. Finally, if you want to visit Grebaja, where you can see the highest mountain peaks of Prokletije, you will have to travel for 25 km.
