There are 5 members living in the Đurđić household in Motički gaj. Those are three generations in the household, Radovan with his wife Milena, their two children and his mother. Radovan works in electrical distribution company and takes care of the maintenance of the property, while his wife Milena takes care of the cattle. Their son is a student, while their daughter is still in school.
Đurđić farm is engaged in agriculture, they have cows, pigs and chicken. The biggest contribution to the household comes from the sale of dairy products, prepared by the diligent housewife Milena. During the summer months, family members often go to the forest where they pick forest fruits and use them to prepare juices and homemade cakes. They also have their own garden near the house, where they plant vegetables for the needs of their family.
Đurđić household is located in the village of Motički gaj, close to the Savin kuk ski resort, so you can stay here and use the ski lift during the summer months to climb to the ski resort. The village is located along the border of NP Durmitor, and this park can be explored for months without getting bored. The famous Black Lake is only 4 km away from the household, and the panoramic road Durmitorski ring passes through the village itself.
The Durmitor , often called Greek cemetery by locals, is also a few kilometers from the household.
