Dejan Šekularac lives in the village called Lužac, situated 2 kilometers away from Berane. He has recently decided to start working in the village tourism and has renovated his family house and offered it to the guests coming from all over the globe. Dejan is an immensely diligent person, and, besides working in a Home for students in Berane, spends his free time on his farm in Kurikuće, working in agriculture. He has got large raspberry, plums, apples and pear fields, planted for the household needs, as well as apiary situated close to the family house.  His sisters help him a lot, they spend a lot of time in the village and work with him, especially with the guests, when food needs to be prepared. His son is also of great assistance. His stone house, built more than 70 years ago, will take your breath away.

Dejan Šekularac has got a garden where he grows vegetables for his family and guests. They produce jams, juices and one inevitable drink from this area, the plum brandy, from the fruit from his orchard. If you visit this household at the right time, you can take part in these activities.

A village household “Rijeke (Rivers)”, situated in the village Kurikuće is located 10 kilometers away from Berane. It is situated within a valley where two rivers pass through, and our household is right next to the river Suvodo, that is how we had the idea for the name of the household. There are three caves in the village itself, you can visit them whenever you wish. Village Kurikuće is situated in the proximity of the National Park Biogradska Gora and the mountain Bjelasica and is ideal place for tourist’s visits, tourists who wish to experience village life and take a stroll across our beautiful Bjelasica and visit its peaks and glacier lakes. Two hours away from Kurikuće, you can find these lakes, Large and Small Šiško lake, Ševarinsko lake, Ursilovačko and Pešića lake. A bit further away is Biogradsko lake.
